I use affirmations daily when I notice my self-talk. Especially when I find myself stressed, anxious or just going through my day on autopilot. I like to remind myself of my divinity and the soulful experience we are having here on earth in this life time. For example, when I drive the car I like to make it an energy party. Putting on music I am in the mood for and affirming what I need right now. Today I was affirming: ‘‘Everything will turn out even better than expected’’. And it immediately reminded me of my positive energy and having positive expectations. It shifts my mood and point of attraction immediately & reminds me of the divinity in me.

I also use affirmations in the morning if I feel like my own thoughts are kind ‘‘blah’’. I use them in front of the mirror to give myself some extra love and also when I do nervous system calming exercises like stroking myself. I love to use ‘‘I am so proud of you’’ when I do that.

There are several other occasions when I use affirmations, like manifesting, in relationship conflicts etc. They are a gamechanger and have transformed my mental health!
