My favorite thing to talk about is empath empowerment + emotional and energetic intelligence. I’ve been on a spiritual self development journey since 2010 & began healing myself through learning about the chakras / how my energy is wired.

First I thought I was the only human on this planet feeling lost and overwhelmed by all the things I was feeling and picking up from my environment. After working with 100 + women in different countries on energetic and spiritual empowerment I have created a unique blueprint for humans who feel a lot. I have turned my own energy on all the way up, and want to show you how to do the same. ♥ Module 1: Learn what it means to be an Empath and how is your energy wired. Find out what kind of Empath you are and how your energy interacts with the world. Turn your unique emotional / energetic sensitivity in to your source of power and purpose. This is the first step in my Empath on Fire Blueprint: Understanding.

♥ Module 2: Step two is: Shifting. In this Module we will dive deep into your unconscious and conscious wiring - so that you can transform the patterns that are keeping you small and stuck. This is where you shift your energy from being available to being a sponge. It will change your energetic standpoint and therefor change what you attract in to your life.

♥ Module 3: Step 3 is: Learning. This is where you will learn about your energy system, such as the Chakras in depth and learn how to scan your own chakras/energy & practice Releasing , Alchemizing & Illuminating energy. This is essential in your emotional and energetic development. You will practice how to stay in your own energy, how to set boundaries, how to recognize your own feelings, how to release emotions you picked up on, how to turn your antennas inward, how to trust your intuition, how to release guilt and anxiety and more.

♥ Module 4: Step 4 is: Magetizing. This is where you turn in to a magnetic lighthouse. This is where you implement and embody all the internal work that you have done throughout the previous modules. This is where things become more automatic and less of a conscious effort. This is where you will notice the biggest shift in your outer world. You start to attract loving, magnetic people in to your life. Your relationships will begin to shift. You will find yourself attracting beautiful syncronicities. You will start to feel confident and less afraid what others think of you. You have created space for your intuition and your purpose to come through.
